Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive program execution from concept through launch and post‑launch stabilization using clear milestones, KPIs, action tracking, and leadership‑ready reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), Phased Review Discipline (PRD), design controls, and applicable global regulatory requirements.
- Lead and align global, cross‑functional core teams (Engineering, Systems, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service) to deliver high‑quality products on time and within budget.
- Partner with Product Management and Clinical teams to translate customer workflows, clinical needs, and product strategy into executable hardware and system program priorities.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
- Work closely with Systems Engineering to ensure requirements definition, risk management, verification/validation, and system integration are planned and executed effectively.
- Develop sufficient understanding of product architecture, system behavior, and integration points to challenge assumptions, manage technical risk, and drive informed decisions.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment while strengthening program management and execution capability across the Cardiology organization.
- Nurture self-organizing, high-performing teams through servant leadership and mentoring
- Resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation
- Support lifecycle and installed‑base programs, including cost, reliability, obsolescence, and regulatory sustainment initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in project leadership or driving product delivery. Experience working in cross-functional relationships, strong influential and communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Lean delivery methods, metrics, and continuous improvement.

- Demonstrated knowledge of Lean processes and tools
- Demonstrated experience with new technology or new program and regulatory compliance process, design transfer and manufacture process
- Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and drive decisions across technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven strength in synthesizing customer needs and technical constraints to guide prioritization and scope decisions.

- Knowledge of GE Healthcare tools and processes (engineering, sourcing, supply chain such as PDM, Oracle, MyWorkshop
