A few details about the role:

  • Develop, implement, maintain, and review the health center marketing plan which will focus on the prescribed occupancy levels for payor mix categories, taking into consideration the current socio/economic conditions.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with prospective health center residents and referral contacts within targeted market areas to increase awareness of amenities, services, and care pathways. 
  • Partner with the director of health center sales and move-ins to develop implement and maintain a formal health center move-in process to optimize on payor source mix.
  • Oversee and/or maintain documentation for referral marketing systems such as All-Scripts (and similar referral sources), inquiry logs, move-in summary report, etc.
  • Review all uniform move-in contracts containing all required paperwork and notices. Ensure uniform contracts are updated as changes occur.
  • Ensure the health centers department operates within budget guidelines and reviews and approves invoices related to health centers marketing expenses.
  • Develop and submit health center move-ins and marketing reports.
  • Assess and evaluate regulations and external/internal events which impact department and/or communities and makes written and oral reports/recommendations to the administrator, concerning the move-ins process.
  • Position may require some outside travel.

  • Eight to ten years’ experience
  • Sales experience preferred.
