Key Responsibilities

  • Work as PMO or closely collaborate with PMO to develop and manage project plans, including timeline, quality, cost, and risk control.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Purchasing to lead and manage NPI projects from product development, pilot build to mass production, ensuring smooth and successful project handoff to operations.
  • Take ownership of project cost and expense management, supporting cost control and cost optimization throughout the NPI lifecycle. Be accountable for PQVC (Productivity, Quality, Velocity, Cost) performance during the NPI phase.
  • Focus on shipment assurance by closely tracking project milestones, managing timelines, and proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Machining, Mechanical Engineering, Welding, or related engineering disciplines is preferred.
  • Proven experience in NPI project management and/or PMO‑related work; experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of project management fundamentals, including schedule management, cost control, and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of working effectively in complex organizational and matrix environments.
  • English can be used as a working language, especially for verbal communication and project discussions.
  • Experience related to valve, pump, or similar industrial product NPI projects is a strong plus.
