  • Own and lead the Global IBP / S&OP process for Spine, Sports, and CMF, ensuring strong governance, datadriven decision making, and executivelevel readiness.

  • Partner closely with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Regional Supply Chain, and strategic manufacturing partners to align forecasts, capacity plans, and execution commitments.

  • Lead and develop a global planning organization of approximately 18 associates, ensuring the right capabilities, engagement, productivity, and succession to meet current and future business needs.

  • Establish, monitor, and act on key planning performance metrics, including service, inventory, forecast accuracy, manufacturing plan attainment, excess and obsolete inventory, NPI launch performance, and team productivity.

  • Drive the development and deployment of advanced analytics capabilities to optimize endtoend service, inventory, and cost performance across the platforms.

  • Represent Global Planning on the Spine/Sports/CMF endtoend Supply Chain Leadership Team, providing transparent insights, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.

  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Required:
