We are seeking a Marketing Intern to support the marketing team in delivering a variety of projects across research, consumer experience, and brand. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in market research and data analysis, contribute to real campaigns and deliverables, and collaborate with internal business units and external partners to help bring marketing initiatives to life.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing team members and cross-functional business units (Product Development, Sales, Customer Service, Human Capital, Operations) to contribute to marketing and consumer experience initiatives.
Participate in the deployment and analysis of surveys (Customer Satisfaction, NPS, ad hoc studies) using tools such as SurveyMonkey.
Contribute to market and competitive research, including brand benchmarks, product analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
Analyze consumer, user, or campaign data using Excel and other analytical tools to identify insights and support data-driven recommendations.
Assist in preparing presentations with clear data visualizations, structured analyses, and key takeaways for internal stakeholders.
Support web content management activities and participate in application or tool demos related to marketing projects.
Coordinate with external research partners (panel providers, data analysts, fieldwork agencies) to support the execution of consumer studies, market analyses, and strategic insights.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
Familiarity with data and marketing tools (SurveyMonkey, Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar) is considered an asset.
Autonomous, detail-oriented, and well organized, with strong communication skills.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
