Salary: $103,000 - $105,000 / year

Key Responsibilities
Training: Plan, develop, and direct all in-service educational programs for clinical staff.
Compliance: Ensure all training programs meet federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
Onboarding: Conduct orientation and competency evaluations for new clinical hires.
Records: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of employee training and CEU records.
Requirements
Licensure: Active, unencumbered California LVN license.
Certification: Valid California DSD certification required.
Experience: Previous experience as a DSD in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility is strictly required.
