About the role
What You'll Do:
As an Account Coordinator you will ensure operational excellence and strong campaign performance by working closely with the Account Strategist.
Support the operational management of a portfolio of strategic agencies in the Brazilian market, working closely with an Account Strategist.
• Ensure the execution and monitoring of all campaign-related operational activities, including campaign setup, tracking implementation, creative implementation, optimizations, performance monitoring, and other tasks required to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Closely monitor campaign performance, recommending strategic optimizations and identifying opportunities for growth, expansion, and performance maximization.
• Manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are handled with strong organization, agility, and attention to detail.
• Act as a key liaison between agencies and internal teams, coordinating requests with Technical Solutions, Creative, AX, and Finance teams, including ticket creation, documentation, follow-up, until the resolution.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting of operational and performance-related issues by investigating root causes, gathering relevant information, and supporting basic analyses that contribute to campaign recommendations and improvements.
• Maintain clear, organized, and professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring visibility into project status, open items, risks, and next steps.
• Participate in client-facing communications, including meetings, performance reviews, status calls, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring all opportunities, and account information are properly documented.
Who You Are:
• Fluent in Portuguese with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability, taking responsibility for tasks and following them through to completion.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, and quick to learn, with a genuine interest in understanding both the “how” and the “why” .
• Basic proficiency in Excel, including simple formulas, data organization, and basic data analysis.
• Previous experience in digital advertising, online media, ad-tech, or campaign management is considered a plus.
