What You Will Do:

The candidate needs to be a driven individual that can employ their industry experience and bring the team together to deliver comprehensive solutions.  Highly self-motivated and a fast learner with strong communication, cross-functional teamwork, and problem-solving skills.  The individual must have strong abilities to interface with others to successfully complete projects and deliver results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Set direction for a multi-tier team of 15+ employees, aligning team efforts with Customer Service objectives for the Digital Products, Data Hub and Business Process Management teams
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting developed in partnership with the Data Analyst, presenting insights and updates to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement across operations, including process optimization, automation initiatives, and the strengthening of data quality controls to support evolving business and digital transformation demands
  • Contribute to improvements in business rules, validation controls, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
  • Act as the primary data point of contact for internal stakeholders including engineering, MRO, and supply chain teams, aligning data priorities with aircraft engine program milestones

  • Stakeholder satisfaction, reflecting the quality of partnership with engineering, MRO, and supply chain other internal teams
  • Successful and timely deployment of digital product releases or process improvement changes
  • Team productivity and efficiency, tracked through team throughput and delivery of improvement initiatives
     

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or
  • An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and tools
  • Proven ability to drive enterprise-scale data quality improvements.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
     

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in aerospace engine aftermarket, MRO, or fleet product management. 
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), CRM, and product master data models. 
  • Experience working with data quality dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting audits, regulatory compliance, and customer data obligations. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Shifts/Work Hours:

  • Shift Timings: 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm IST

This role requires flexibility to accommodate stakeholder interactions and support business needs.

Onsite: Hybrid
