What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Degree in automation, electrical, mechanical engineering, computer science, or similar
  • Experience in biotech, food, chemical, or industrial manufacturing environments
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Valmet DNA, PLC/DCS, and SCADA systems
  • Understanding of field‑level automation and maintenance practices
  • Experience with automation project work (functional specs, IO lists, FAT/SAT, commissioning)
  • Familiarity with MES and historian systems (e.g., PI)
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
  • Agile, proactive, and committed to plant success
  • Able to work independently and manage multi‑site priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Experience in electrical & instrumentation design
  • Skills in control loop design
  • Strong interest in digitalization, automation modernization, or advanced control

Why Choose Us?

  • Opportunity to influence automation strategy across multiple Finnish sites
  • Work with modern technology, real impact, and meaningful challenges
  • Hybrid flexibility with travel within Finland and a chance to support several innovative facilities
  • A role that combines hands‑on engineering, technical depth, and cross-site collaboration
  • A supportive environment that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Be part of a company with a global footprint and a strong commitment to sustainability
