The Position

Job Summary:

Be responsible for organizing and implementing exhibition, event, congress, digital marketing campaigns or assisting marketing promotion activities in Molecular Lab, and executing and tracking promotional material and managing vendor.

The Opportunity:

• Plan, organize and implement events like seminar, exhibition and congress etc. Create and publish internal Newsletter & external Customer Newsletter.

• Build, Launch and report on all digital marketing campaigns (internal and external) aligned with local business strategy and tactics; Improve customer experience and brand awareness by optimizing multiple paid, owned and earned marketing channels management (e.g. WeChat, Webinar platform and other 3rd party media and etc..)

• Coordinate or design marketing promotion tools like gift, brochure or souvenir which should be ensured in accordance with Roche CI policy.

• Plan, monitor, and track budget estimation plan on a monthly basis. Plan yearly budget for exhibition, event or congress. Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure to meet the requirements and budget.

• Improve the efficiency of event management procedure by leveraging the knowledge and experience of process control, resources allocation, documentation, etc. Create SOP and templates to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Event planning.

Who you are:

• At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management or other Appropriate discipline

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English

• Good command of MS office software application

• Product & marketing expertise

• 5 years working experience in a similar capacity and in a similar industry.
