Join FLSmidth and play a key role in protecting people, operations, and customers across our Field Service activities. As a Field Service Safety Technician, you will support safe execution of service operations at customer sites while helping strengthen our safety culture, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance across South America.

Part of the regional HSE team supporting Field Service operations and customer sites.
Your Responsibilities
- Support safe execution of Field Service activities at customer sites
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety observations
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and legal requirements
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training sessions
- Investigate incidents and support corrective action implementation
- Monitor PPE compliance and critical risk control measures
- Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and safety records
- Collaborate with operations, contractors, and customer HSE teams
What You Bring
- Technical degree in Occupational Safety or related field
- Valid registration as Safety Technician according to local regulations
- Experience supporting field operations or industrial environments
- Knowledge of Brazilian HSE regulations and risk management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently
- Experience with incident investigation and safety inspections
- Intermediate English skills preferred
