Job Description:
Join Penn Mutual's Independence Financial Network (IFN) as an intern supporting the Advanced Sales and Sales Desk. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales strategy and project support for a dynamic sales environment. You will work closely with sales to enhance our offerings and expertise to financial professionals and contribute to strategic projects that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
· Assist with ad hoc project work, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
· Compile and categorize data for internal use, preparing summaries and dashboards for leadership.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and contribute innovative ideas.
Skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new data tools.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements.
Experience
· Working toward a degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
· Coursework or interest in sales operations, CRM systems, or data management is a plus.
