Job Description

This position offers production‑based pay, meaning compensation is determined by the tasks performed. Pay ranges from $5 to $20 per flag hour based on location. The position may also be eligible for additional compensation, which may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

What You’ll Do

  • Performs surface refinishing work.

  • Surface preparation prior (masking / protecting adjacent areas, sanding, priming, etc.).

  • Handling, applying and disposing of surface coatings.

  • Ensuring surface coatings / refinish products are properly formulated in terms of color and finish texture.

  • Applying refinish coatings.

  • Inspect refinish products to be used for proper formulation to meet color match and finish texture standards.

  • Cleaning and maintaining all paint formulation and application equipment.

  • Comply with applicable procedures and regulations regarding mixing, labeling, applying and disposing of paint and related materials.

  • Wearing and using appropriate safety equipment at all times.

  • Following all job-related safety and health procedures.

  • Assisting with special projects assigned. 

Job Requirements

Minimum:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.

  • OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
