Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Fellow Technical Product Manager to lead the strategic vision, development, and delivery of innovative product solutions at Parametric Technology GmbH. This role requires a deep understanding of market needs, advanced technical expertise, and exceptional leadership to drive the success of our cutting-edge product portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Define and champion the long-term product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company vision and market opportunities.
* Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.
* Translate complex business requirements and technical challenges into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories.
* Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support) through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
* Serve as the primary technical expert for assigned product areas, providing guidance and making critical technical decisions.
* Drive product innovation through the exploration and integration of new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
* Mentor and guide other product managers and technical leads, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to executive leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.
* Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, analyzing data to inform future product iterations.
* Represent Parametric Technology GmbH at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements, articulating our product value proposition.

Job Qualifications:**

* Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
* 15+ years of progressive experience in technical product management roles, with a significant portion in a senior or leadership capacity.
* Demonstrated track record of successfully bringing complex, innovative software products to market.
* Deep expertise in [mention relevant industry or technology domain, e.g., CAD/CAM/CAE, PLM, IoT, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, specific programming languages, etc. - *This should be tailored based on Parametric Technology's specific focus*].
* Exceptional understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.
* Proven ability to define, prioritize, and manage complex product backlogs.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing product teams.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and globally distributed environment.
