This leadership role is located in Palmdale, CA.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
You will have direct supervisory or management responsibilities for more than one integrated support element. This will include maintenance or modifications, training, support equipment and facilities. Responsible for daily operations of a team or work unit (direct supervision of the staff, assignment of work, schedules, day-to-day workflow, and operating costs). Executes procedures to ensure the operation is operating in a safe and efficient manner, as well as in accordance with all federal and company regulations. Responsible for performance, including scheduling, technical performance, and quality related to maintenance programs.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience OR a Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience
- Plus 2 years of leadership experience
- Must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days- a-week, and 365 days a year.
- Must have the ability to complete training and receive initial qualification within 180 days and complete full qualification within 365 days as set out by department training team as a condition of maintaining employment
- Must have the ability to accept customer furnished quarters for a period up to 90 days away from primary work location and comply with mobility requirements.
- Must be able to stand/walk for 75% of the workday and at least 2 hours at a time.
- Must be able to meet medical requirements and pass a physical for worldwide travel.
- 50% + International Travel
- Must have an active US Government Top Secret clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Aviation and Aerospace Industry Operational Logistics supervisory experience.
- Experience with aircraft maintenance management
