Objetivo General
Crecer nuestra cartera, a partir de la búsqueda y prospección de nuevos clientes, con el fin de entender sus necesidades y poderles proporcionar una solución de acuerdo con nuestros productos.
Las principales responsabilidades del rol son:
- Prospección, seguimiento y cierre de ventas.
- Búsqueda de negocios nuevos.
- Recuperar clientes perdidos u obtener nuevos clientes referidos de nuestros clientes actuales
- Registro de actividades en CRM
- Alcance de KPIs mensuales; prospectos, citas, contratos y volumen de emisión.
- Relacionamiento con el equipo de ventas y operativo Edenred.
- Seguimiento y atención a clientes
- Alto nivel de relacionamiento corporativo
El perfil necesario para el rol es:
- Mínimo de 2 a 3 años de experiencia en proceso de ventas, atención y seguimiento a clientes, negociaciones, cierres de contratos, estrategias comerciales.
- Licenciatura Deseable en Administración, Mercadotecnia o afín.
- Experiencia en Atención a clientes, Prospección y negociación con cuentas, ventas
- Desarrollo de estrategias comerciales
- Generación y valuación de KPI´S
