What You'll Be Doing

• Manage A3 and F4 operations and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.

• Coordinate and communicate with customs brokers.

• Daily reports on the operation coordination, Annex 24 (Inventory control), Annex 22 (Pedimentos).

• IMMEX Operations.

• Close communication with multiple areas.

What You'll Need

• Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2–4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.

• Experience with Annex 22 (Pedimentos)

• Experience with IMMEX program.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; advanced English level.

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail.

Even better if you have:

• Experience with Oracle and Aranxel is a plus.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
