Job Summary:
The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for creating a positive client experience by providing excellent customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the veterinary team. Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant or in a veterinary hospital is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and patients warmly, both in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Process payments and handle client billing questions
- Communicate effectively with the veterinary team regarding patient needs
- Support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Occasionally assist with basic animal care tasks under supervision
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Veterinary Assistant or in a veterinary hospital preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working Monday through Saturday, with occasional holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
