The Role

As the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll architect a modern demand engine that scales with us as we grow and compete head-on with the biggest names across our ApartmentIQ product suite. Working closely with Marketing Ops, Sales, Product Marketing, and Field teams, you'll launch high-impact initiatives including digital, content, events, direct mail, and outbound tactics that drive expansion into new verticals, convert high-value accounts, and deliver measurable revenue impact. What You'll Do:

  • Strategy & Program Design

    • Architect Multi-Channel Growth: Build demand gen and ABM programs that drive pipeline across key segments and buying committees.
    • Targeting & Playbooks: Lead cross-functional planning to define ICPs, target account lists, and full-funnel campaign plays.
    • Innovation: Continually test new channels and audiences to identify growth opportunities and increase efficiency.
  • Execution & Optimization

    • Conversion Optimization: Partner with Web and Product Marketing to optimize the website, CTAs, and campaign messaging for maximum resonance.
    • Rapid Iteration: Run fast experimentation cycles on creative and tactics based on data and sales feedback.
  • Measurement & Accountability

    • Pipeline Ownership: Own ROI and velocity reporting, delivering actionable insights to executive stakeholders.
    • Infrastructure & Ops: Collaborate with Marketing & RevOps to manage attribution, lead scoring, and tracking systems.
    • Budget & Strategy: Manage spend and forecasting, sharing performance learnings to refine the broader GTM strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and customer acquisition.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or technology company is strongly preferred.
  • Solid expertise in 2+ growth channels or surface areas (e.g., outbound, ABM, paid, SEO, lifecycle, partnerships)
  • Systems-oriented, execution-biased, and comfortable making high-conviction decisions with imperfect data.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies (Hubspot, Salesforce, SEPs, AI GTM, etc.)
  • Excellent collaborator with a history of aligning tightly with Sales, SDR, and Marketing leadership
