What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production.
- Drive continuous improvement in plant performance and cost optimization.
- Manage and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and reliability programs.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.
