Staff and volunteer leaders develop relationships with students during weekly experiences, small groups, and serving opportunities by teaching truth through God's Word and being culturally relevant.

The Associate Youth Pastor (AYP) will be, in part, responsible for the leadership and execution of the vision of student ministry. Success for this role will be people (students and adults alike) in the AYPs sphere of influence taking next steps in their spiritual growth-like beginning a relationship with Jesus, serving, inviting, giving, engaging in God’s word, and leading.
