What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire
- Guide and coach a team of production employees to achieve ambitious goals
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and pride in quality work
- Be a visible, approachable leader who earns trust and inspires followership
Drive Results & Improvement
- Lead initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to simplify processes and boost efficiency
- Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to continuously improve workflows, layouts, and systems
Build a Strong, Engaged Team
- Foster a safety-first culture where everyone looks out for one another
- Develop talent by mentoring Line Leaders and supporting career growth
- Encourage collaboration, innovation, and employee-driven ideas
Make a Business Impact
- Use your business acumen to influence operational and financial performance
- Monitor key metrics and provide insights that drive smarter decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, materials, HR, and other teams to deliver outstanding customer results

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with mid-to-large size teams
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Business acumen, including familiarity with financials and cost drivers
- Ability to motivate teams, resolve challenges, and drive accountability while leading with empathy
- Safety first mindset and culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for developing people and building strong, engaged teams
- Spanish language skills are a plus
