This Position reports to:
Talent Acquisition Services Team LeadIn this role, you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day Talent Acquisition support activities for several assigned countries. You will ensure a high level of customer experience by committing to the complete, accurate, and timely execution of these activities. You will also support globally defined Talent Acquisition standards and ensure that TA processes comply with local legal and regulatory requirements.
About the Internship:
- Start date: as soon as possible (preferably May or June 2026)
- Work in a modern office in Kraków
- Hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home per week)
- We expect availability of at least 30 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Support various stages of the Talent Acquisition process based on demand, including manual profile uploads, interview scheduling, CV longlisting, candidate query management, and other administrative tasks
- Deliver assigned activities in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and guidance from the TA Team Lead
- Work closely with Talent Partners and other Talent Acquisition stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in Talent Acquisition systems and databases
- Contribute to a high level of candidate and stakeholder experience through timely and high-quality support
Requirements:
- Active student status (preferably student in a field related to HR, Psychology, Sociology, Turkology, Linguistics, or other humanities fields)
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Turkish (spoken and written)
- Fluency in Polish is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy
