This Position reports to:
Engineering Manager
Join our team as a Principle Bid & Proposal Specialist and contribute to the development of innovative robotic systems for packaging, palletizing, and logistics applications across multiple industries.
Your responsibilities
- Designing technical solutions and preparing offers for packaging, palletizing, and sorting systems based on industrial robots, primarily in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, healthcare, and warehouse logistics sectors.
- Developing technical solutions based on provided documentation and customer specifications.
- Preparing complete technical specifications and 2D/3D drawings for requests for proposals, offers, cost estimates, and technical descriptions (FDS).
- Designing mechanical components/assemblies consistent with the specifications of the developed solutions.
- Participating in physical testing of the developed technical solutions.
- Technical support for the Sales Department, including occasional visits to customers.
- Direct contact with the customer regarding the development of technical solutions and offers.
Your background
- Higher technical education (preferred field: automation and robotics, mechanics and mechanical engineering).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in designing production automation solutions in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical/cosmetic, and/or logistics sectors, particularly machinery and finished lines, as well as knowledge of equipment such as grippers, transport systems, flow pack/case packers, pallet wrappers, etc.
- Experience in designing stations based on industrial robots and/or related to process robotization will be an advantage.
- Ease of learning and exploring modern technologies and technical solutions, as well as analytical thinking.
- Good command of English, allowing for easy communication in an international environment.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor, Solid Works, Word, and Excel software.
- Excellent knowledge of automation and pneumatic components and technical drawings.
- Conducting risk analysis of developed solutions based on standards such as ISO_12100_2010_EN.
- Knowledge of GMP principles.
- Category B driving license.
