About the role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at NVIDIA's R&D Center, you will act as the bridge between strategy, execution, and technical alignment, driving complex programs end-to-end.   • Create and maintain metrics that track execution effectiveness and program health.

  • Technical Leadership: Deep dive into product architecture and design; maintain curiosity and technical proficiency. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize solutions.

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate decisions, progress, and risks clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Build trust and influence across cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic Thinking & Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks proactively to prevent delays and cost overruns. Drive RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) and ensure gaps are closed effectively.

  • Communication & Information Management: Deliver precise, tailored information for diverse audiences. Consume complex data and bring clarity to discussions for actionable outcomes.

  • Complex programs with significant business impact. Deep technical expertise combined with advanced program management skills. Direct influence on strategic decisions and organizational success.

What we need to see:

  • BS in a technical field (MS preferred) such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

  • 8+ years in technical program management or related roles, with proven success in leading large-scale programs.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software/hardware development lifecycles, system architecture, and design principles. Familiarity with tools like Jira, NVBugs, Confluence; experience with Agile and PLC methodologies.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication (verbal and written), stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

  • Leadership: Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams toward shared goals. Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic improvements.
