About the role
About Us:
Culture’s mission is to simplify and accelerate bioprocess development to enable our customers to bring their biopharmaceutical products to market faster.
With a focus on upstream cell culture process development, Culture has developed a unique platform that merges products, services and data management that can be applied to mammalian, microbial and viral vector production processes. This platform enables high-throughput process development projects to be rapidly and seamlessly executed directly by our customers in their own facilities, in our service laboratories, or both, all driven by our cloud-connected web application, accessible from anywhere, for designing, managing and analyzing experiments.
At Culture, we combine our passions for biomanufacturing, engineering, and operations to build new solutions that make bioprocess development faster. We value curiosity, communication, collaboration, a customer focused mindset and a drive for results.

- Perform competitive benchmarking to identify gaps in our current offering and opportunities for innovation.
- Use tools like [e.g., Mixpanel] to analyze user behavior and track the success of specific features.
- Assist in defining product requirements (PRDs) and creating wireframes or user flows.
- Partner with engineering and design squads to manage the backlog, participate in daily stand-ups, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Present your findings and project outcomes to the broader product team and leadership at the end of your internship.
Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred)
- Enjoy digging into data to find the "story" behind the numbers.
- Articulate complex ideas clearly, whether in a written PRD or a verbal presentation.
- Deep desire to understand the user’s experience and solve their problems.
- Understand product development life cycle and be comfortable talking to engineers & designers.
- Self-starter who takes initiative with ability to work in a small, collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a startup environment or a previous tech internship.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Linear, Figma.
- A "side project" (e.g., an app you built, a blog you run, or a community you managed).
Why Join Us?
- Our values guide our actions: Collaborate for exceptional results, Innovate with Purpose, Earn our customer’s business everyday.
- Regular 1:1s with experienced PMs to guide your career growth.
- We ship fast. The work you do will likely reach real users before your internship ends.
