PRIMARY FUNCTION / OBJECTIVE
An Associate Product Manager who applies scientific & business knowledge, experience and ingenuity to build up MKT plans for assigned product line, implement and track the progression of all campaigns (KOL development, conduct seminar, workshop, events, develop promotional materials etc. to serve for marketing purpose).
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY
- Business and Marketing Planning, Business development and new products launch initiatives, collaboration with sales team to execute marketing plan for assigned product line and Key Utilization accounts.
- Leads the assigned products line including sales, scientific affairs and distributors towards the successful completion of goals.
- Creating product launch and follow up activities for Immunology & clinical chemistry assays/ Hematology products
- Achieves country/ region Immunology Assays Sales & Marketing plan
- Deliver on outcomes focused marketing, not activity-based marketing
- Build up and strengthen the Immunology & clinical chemistry or Hematology customer relationship and KOLs network
- Comply with Core Diagnostics policies, procedures on quality system & requirements for related responsibilities
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Doctor/ Pharmacist, MBA is preferable.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years of working experience at Core Diagnostics or Pharmaceutical companies
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
- Conversant in English and Vietnamese
- Proficient skills in MS Office
- Must be motivated, enthusiastic self-starter able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
