We’re looking for a Research Scientist/ Brand and Market Researcher to join the Customer Insights & Research team at Super Technologies. In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our brand and market research efforts by executing high-impact studies and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. Your research will help guide strategic decisions across marketing, product, commercial, and executive functions, contributing to stronger brand positioning, enhanced customer understanding, and smarter business growth strategies.

What you'll be doing:
Research Execution & Insight Development
- Design and deliver qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to address business and brand questions.
- Conduct research to evaluate brand health, customer perception, marketing effectiveness, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
- Support the development of segmentation studies, brand trackers, ad testing, and customer journey mapping.
- Synthesize findings into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams to integrate insights into campaign planning, product development, and customer engagement efforts.
Data Collection, Analysis & Communication
- Leverage tools like Qualtrics, Nielsen, Google Analytics, and others to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Utilize methodologies such as surveys, in-depth interviews, focus groups, and online communities to capture customer sentiment and market feedback.
- Translate data into clear visualizations and reports tailored for stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership.
Brand & Market Monitoring
- Track brand KPIs, awareness, consideration, NPS, sentiment and others over time to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay on top of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor strategies to spot risks and opportunities early.
- Assist in mapping current and future audiences and refining targeting strategies based on evolving behaviors and needs.
Operational Excellence
- Help prioritize research initiatives based on business impact and strategic importance.
- Work closely with vendors and research partners to ensure high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective delivery.
- Support knowledge sharing and insights dissemination across departments.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in market and brand research, preferably in a fast-paced, digital-first or consumer-focused industry.
- SQL experience
- Deep understanding of research methodologies (qual & quant), including segmentation, brand tracking, and market analysis.
- Proficiency in research and analytics platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Nielsen, Google Analytics, SPSS, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex data into meaningful insights.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders through research findings.
- Bonus: Experience in the online gambling, gaming, or entertainment industry.
