Join our lean, talented, and collaborative engineering team as a Senior Network Process Engineering Lead, reporting to the Sr Manager Process Engineering. In this high-impact role, you'll drive major projects across our supply chain network, partnering with teams throughout the organization—including Fulfillment Centers and cross-functional departments. You'll lead change management efforts, champion continuous improvement in customer and employee satisfaction, and deliver cost savings. You'll own and deliver both established and new projects, using your expertise to identify opportunities and implement solutions that make a real difference. Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, North Carolina & South Carolina. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Opportunity Planning & Improvement Support Identify and assess network improvement opportunities, support leadership in prioritizing work, and help implement best practices across multiple sites.
- Project Management & Execution Lead projects from planning to completion, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery with clear documentation and executive-level reporting.
- Results & Impact Delivery Drive process improvements, cost reduction, and waste removal across the network, partnering with leadership to set and achieve operational goals.
- Analytics to Action Collaborate with Analytics and Strategic Planning teams to shape and execute supply chain strategies, turning data insights into actionable results.
- Expertise & Leadership Serve as a subject matter expert, providing data-driven recommendations and influencing key business decisions with your advanced knowledge.
- Team Development & Mentorship Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance to achieve business and customer satisfaction goals.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of retail fulfillment experience with strong operational process expertise and a deep understanding of how warehouse systems drive efficiency, cost savings, and impact across the enterprise.
- Bachelor's or University Degree or equivalent work experience in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
- Work Measurement training preferred (MTM, MOST, etc)
- 25-50% travel may be required.
