Alternant HSE H/F

Principales responsabilités :

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable HSE, l’alternant(e) HSE participera notamment aux missions suivantes :

Santé & Sécurité au travail

Participer à l’évaluation des risques professionnels (mise à jour du DUERP)

Contribuer à l’analyse des accidents, incidents et presqu’accidents

Aider à la mise en place et au suivi des plans d’actions HSE

Réaliser ou accompagner des audits terrain et inspections sécurité

Sensibiliser le personnel aux règles et bonnes pratiques sécurité (formation, coaching, affichages, supports de communication)

Environnement

Participer au suivi de la conformité réglementaire

Contribuer aux actions de réduction des impacts environnementaux

Système & conformité

Participer à la gestion documentaire HSE (procédures, consignes, instructions)

Contribuer au respect des exigences réglementaires et internes

Participer à des projets transverses HSE (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, audits internes, etc. selon contexte)

• Internes :

Service HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement) : coordination sur les actions de prévention, gestion des risques et incidents.

Managers de proximité / Chefs d’équipe : remontée d’informations sur incidents, situations à risque, accompagnement et sensibilisation des salariés.

Salariés : coaching, formationn, écoute, prévention.

Place dans l’organisation :

Rattachée hiérarchiquement au Responsable HSE du site de Saultain
