Job Description

Lead the design, optimization, and implementation of end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational efficiency, and IT best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Map current vs. future-state processes for NPI (product registration, approval, risk assessment, ...) and Manufacturing/Product Engineering.
Identify gaps and propose improvements to streamline workflows and deliver engineering productivity improvements.
Define integration points across key systems (ERP, PLM, MES, EI, and engineering applications/platforms).
Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements.
Translate requirements into process flows and technology solutions leveraging AI and automation.
Ensure all processes meet regulatory standards and internal governance policies.
Maintain documentation and audit readiness for compliance checks.

Work Profile

Strong expertise in business process re-engineering
At least 10 years of experience in NPI or Engineering processes and 5 years of management role.
Proficient in tools for workflow design, master data management, and integration architecture.
Experience working across cross-functional teams (NPI, Assembly & Test Operations, Test Engineering, Package Innovation).
Analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.
Familiarity with AI technologies and automation solutions..
Fluent with data analytics, advanced statistics
Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
