  • Own and support software asset management processes using Flexera, including software discovery, license entitlement tracking, application inventory, usage analysis, compliance reporting, and license optimization.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Security, and IT stakeholders to improve Flexera data quality, software governance, renewal planning, and cost optimization efforts.
  • Use Flexera insights to support software lifecycle decisions, identify unused or underutilized licenses, reduce software spend, and improve compliance with vendor licensing requirements.
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting for complex endpoint, identity, application, Microsoft 365, collaboration, Flexera, and access-related issues.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve automation using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, HTML, or similar technologies to streamline IT operations, software asset workflows, endpoint management, reporting, and service delivery.
  • Support AI-enabled coding and development initiatives, including internal automation, LLM-based productivity solutions, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Use Azure DevOps or similar platforms to manage technical work, documentation, scripts, repositories, deployment workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes through automation, standardization, device readiness, access management, software assignment, license recovery, and consistent employee experience.
  • Partner with Security teams to ensure endpoint devices, user platforms, software assets, and access controls align with corporate security standards, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, configuration standards, runbooks, software asset management procedures, Flexera workflows, and knowledge base content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, implement, and improve tools, integrations, workflows, application governance, and employee technology experiences.
  • Mentor junior team members, share technical knowledge, and help establish best practices across endpoint engineering, end-user technology operations, Microsoft cloud services, and software asset management.
  • Identify recurring issues and drive long-term solutions through root cause analysis, automation, process improvement, platform enhancements, and data-driven recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in end-user computing, endpoint engineering, workplace technology, systems administration, IT operations, or a related technical role.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting and managing Windows and macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms, including device provisioning, compliance policies, configuration profiles, patching, and software deployment.
