We are looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager who will play a key role in shaping how our sales teams operate, make decisions and drive performance across multiple countries.

You will work closely with the Regional Commercial Excellence Lead and country teams to translate data into action, build scalable processes, and ensure our sales force is focused where it matters most.

    • Act as a bridge between data, strategy and field execution
  • Continuous improvement
    • Identify gaps in current processes and propose scalable improvements
    • Contribute to building a “single source of truth” across the region

We are open to high-potential profiles who can grow fast into the role.

Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business actions
  • Structured thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries
  • Strong communication skills (comfortable with senior stakeholders)
  • Hands-on attitude: comfortable working both strategically and operationally
  • High level of autonomy and ownership

What we offer

  • A key role in building Commercial Excellence across Central Europe
