Job Description
- Dealers support activity for sales and customer relations to ensure smooth operations and drive revenue.
- Customers / Dealers Call Center management
- Dealer operation support
- Data and reporting
Dealers support activity for Dealers order processing
Dealers Call center activity; Providing parts information to dealers.
Dealer operation support activity (VOR/Recommendation list, Buy Back, New dealer opening, Contact window to DLRs and others relate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience of Aftersales Dealer Management (Having experience in the automotive business will be an advantage)
- Customer / Call Center management
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Fair English communication
- Analysis thinking / Problem solving
- Customer service knowledge
- Spare parts knowledge
- Dealer operation process knowledge
- Logistics knowledge
