Customer Application Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Application Engineer with a strong background in electronics to support our customers in the design, integration, and optimization of our products. This role bridges the gap between engineering and customer success, ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support & Consultation:
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
  • Assist customers in product selection, system design, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Application Development & Integration:
  • Collaborate with customers to integrate electronic components or systems into their applications.
  • Develop reference designs, evaluation kits, and application notes.
• Customer Engagement:
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product development teams.
• Training & Documentation:
  • Create and deliver training materials for customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and support resources.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and R&D to align customer needs with product capabilities.
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions and feature prioritization.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of work experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Batch of 2025 or 2026)
• Strong programming skills with C & C++ coding language with projects done during Engineering.
• Strong understanding of analogy/digital electronics, embedded systems, and communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART) underpinned with project in engineering.
• Experience with tools like Altium, OrCAD, MATLAB, or LabVIEW is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Industrial IoT, AI/ML modelling, sensors, microcontrollers, or power electronics.
• Experience in customer-facing roles or technical sales.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance (e.g., CE, RoHS, ISO).
