How You'll Shine

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to explain the Mini Vacation package and secure reservations.

  • Maximize bookings by leveraging all customer touchpoints, including phone, email, and social media inquiries.

  • Utilize lead sources as designated by management to drive reservation performance.

  • Ensure that all scheduled bookings meet the established qualification criteria and are properly directed to the assigned showroom.

  • Clearly communicate cancellation and modification policies and ensure compliance.

  • Provide prospective guests with responsible, high-quality customer service.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of all systems used and apply them accurately and efficiently in daily operations.

  • Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.

  • Demonstrate a “Count on Me!” attitude and deliver excellent service to all internal and external stakeholders.

  • Adhere to assigned work schedules and maintain punctual attendance.

  • Treat colleagues with courtesy and respect.

  • Drive innovation by contributing to the improvement and development of processes and product offerings.

  • Act with integrity in all aspects of the role by doing what is right, taking accountability, and delivering on commitments.

  • Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by management.

What You'll Bring

  • Native-level fluency in Japanese, with the ability to handle telephone communications using natural and advanced honorific language (required)

  • Tele-sales experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to understand, accurately operate, and efficiently utilize internal systems

  • Ability to maintain focus for extended periods

  • Professional, friendly, and confident telephone manner

  • Commitment to delivering consistently high levels of customer service

  • Strong attention to detail with accuracy and thoroughness
