Handle outbound and inbound calls to explain the Mini Vacation package and secure reservations.
Maximize bookings by leveraging all customer touchpoints, including phone, email, and social media inquiries.
Utilize lead sources as designated by management to drive reservation performance.
Ensure that all scheduled bookings meet the established qualification criteria and are properly directed to the assigned showroom.
Clearly communicate cancellation and modification policies and ensure compliance.
Provide prospective guests with responsible, high-quality customer service.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of all systems used and apply them accurately and efficiently in daily operations.
Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
Demonstrate a “Count on Me!” attitude and deliver excellent service to all internal and external stakeholders.
Adhere to assigned work schedules and maintain punctual attendance.
Treat colleagues with courtesy and respect.
Drive innovation by contributing to the improvement and development of processes and product offerings.
Act with integrity in all aspects of the role by doing what is right, taking accountability, and delivering on commitments.
Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
What You'll Bring
Native-level fluency in Japanese, with the ability to handle telephone communications using natural and advanced honorific language (required)
Tele-sales experience preferred but not required
Ability to understand, accurately operate, and efficiently utilize internal systems
Ability to maintain focus for extended periods
Professional, friendly, and confident telephone manner
Commitment to delivering consistently high levels of customer service
Strong attention to detail with accuracy and thoroughness
Positive, motivated, and proactive attitude
Ability to learn, understand, and effectively use scripts
Ability to learn and apply objection-handling techniques
Ability to control and guide conversations over the phone
Ability to meet and exceed productivity targets
Ability to maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to set and achieve both individual and team goals
Ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to questions from managers, colleagues, and customers
