About the Role
As a Fleet Administrator, you support the operational and administrative management of the vehicle fleet of the CWS Divisions Germany, consisting of approximately 2,000 vehicles. You ensure accurate processing of vehicle-related invoices, maintain fleet data in relevant systems, and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
This role offers hands-on experience in fleet operations, financial processes, and cross-functional collaboration within an international environment.
Your Responsibilities
Controlling and processing all vehicle-related invoices – reviewing and coding invoices
Handling invoice complaints with suppliers and workshops – verbal and written communication
Creating uploads for collective invoices using Excel
Entering data into fleet software (e.g., accidents, incidents, etc.)
Managing the fleet inventory of the CWS Divisions Germany with approx. 2,000 vehicles
Processing and monitoring new vehicles order up to handover and final decommissioning
Daily mail processing
Supporting the fleet team in day-to-day operations
Supporting the central fleet account
Performing various fleet-related tasks
Your Profile
Fluent in German for daily business operations and communication with management and the team
Structured and detail-oriented work style
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Experience in fleet management or administrative processes is a plus
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Additional Information
Onboarding will take place on-site in Dreieich, Germany for 4–6 weeks
