How You’ll Shine

You’ll represent Travel + Leisure at the very first point of contact—turning curiosity into confidence and interest into unforgettable travel experiences.

  • Engage prospective guests through inbound and outbound calls to present Mini Vacation packages with warmth, clarity, and confidence, securing qualified reservations.
  • Drive conversion across all touchpoints (phone, email, social inquiries), using approved lead sources and following defined qualification criteria.
  • Ensure bookings are accurate, compliant, and correctly routed, clearly explaining cancellation, modification, and eligibility policies.
  • Deliver consistently high‑quality, responsible customer experiences, reflecting our global brand standards and “Count on Me!” service philosophy.
  • Maintain strong command of internal systems and processes to execute reservations accurately, efficiently, and ethically.
  • Meet performance expectations through punctual attendance, schedule adherence, and productivity discipline.
  • Contribute to a respectful, collaborative team culture while acting with integrity, accountability, and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Support continuous improvement by sharing ideas to enhance guest experience, processes, and product offerings.

What You’ll Bring

  • Native‑level Japanese fluency, including confident use of advanced honorific and telephone etiquette (essential).
  • A polished, credible phone presence with the ability to guide conversations, handle objections, and inspire trust.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and accurately follow scripts, systems, and compliance requirements.
  • High personal standards for customer service, ethics, and follow‑through.

  • A positive, motivated mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships within a team setting.
  • Tele‑sales or reservation experience is an advantage, but coachability, discipline, and professionalism matter most.
