The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
This role sits within the Activation Marketing function, with a strong digital marketing focus. As the growth engine bridging brand and consumers, you will drive brand affinity and hero/new product awareness through digital content marketing, activate existing customers/memberships via SCRM to grow filter replacement and trade-in sales, and support trade marketing efforts by digitizing in-store sales tools, bridging online engagement with offline conversion.
Responsibilities:
Digital Content & Social Marketing
- Lead digital content strategy and implementation across key social platforms to build brand presence, drive engagements and elevate key products’ awareness.
- Deep understanding of our brand and product strengths relative to competitors, leveraging these insights to co-create effective digital execution plans with agencies.
- Leverage market trends and emerging technologies, including AI-powered content tools, KOS, etc., to improve content efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate brand momentum and strengthen brand favorability.
- Monitor social and cultural trends to identify timely opportunities for brand relevance and audience engagements.
- Define and track key performance indicators to continuously optimize content performance and campaign ROI.
SCRM & Customer Lifecycle marketing
- Develop and implement SCRM strategies to deepen customer relationships, enhance customer loyalty and maximize lifetime value across the existing user base.
- Design and execute retention programs that drive recurring purchases and encourage product upgrades, and increase customer loyalty.
- Build customer segmentation frameworks based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement patterns, utilize customer data and segmentation to deliver personalized, high-impact marketing programs across private channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across touchpoints during recurring purchases.
- Continuously refine retention tactics to improve leads generation rate.
Retail enablement
- Partner with retail sales to optimize in-store sales tools and materials that enhance the customer experience and improve conversion efficiency.
- Support the development and execution of trade activation programs, new product launch campaigns that align with brand strategy and regional retail needs.
- Empower distributors and sales promoters with digital capabilities, such as social media content guidance, digital tool adoption, and best practice sharing to strengthen their local marketing effectiveness.
- Close alignment/partnership with sales teams and channel partners to gather insights on market trends, competitive intelligence and channel/customer needs, to inform brand/digital strategy and campaign development.
Support on other projects and tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 5 yrs experiences in marketing, strong background in digital marketing is preferred.
- Experiences in electronic home appliance, durable goods, water purification, or decoration/building materials industry is preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with social platforms.
- Good written and oral English.
- Hands-on, energetic and result-driven;
- Positive, work with passion and ownership.
