Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operational transactions for U.S. Operations, including new hires, employee changes, and terminations in the HRIS system.
- Assist with updating and maintaining employee information and HR records accurately and on time.
- Support new-hire and promotion acknowledgements, agreements, and related employee documentation.
- Conduct periodic data and process checks and communicate any discrepancies to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Monitor the People Solutions Helpdesk and provide timely Level 1 support for employee questions, HR processes, and policy-related requests.
- Escalate requests or issues to the appropriate People Solutions team when additional support is required.
- Assist with People Solutions projects, intranet updates, certification activities, and other operational initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams and employees to understand requests and provide responsive, customer-focused support.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, quality, and timely follow-through.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Around 1–2 years of HR / People Operations experience preferred; candidates with relevant entry-level HR operations exposure can be considered.
- Experience working with Workday is preferred.
- Exposure to HRIS transactions such as new hires, employee changes, terminations, or employee data updates would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling transactional HR activities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer-service orientation, responsiveness, follow-through, and willingness to learn.
- Professional approach with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information appropriately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint exposure is preferred.
