Pour accompagner notre développement, nous recrutons un Tech Lead E-commerce, avec une expertise Shopify, capable d’accompagner nos clients dans le déploiement, la migration et les évolutions de plates-formes E-commerce.
Missions
Avant-vente et cadrage
- Animer et développer les assets e-commerce et les diffuser au sein des équipes VML Consulting (knowledge, projet innovation, évangélisation ...)
- Développer des partenariats éditeurs et assurer une veille technologique
- Analyser les besoins client et animer des ateliers de cadrage
- Réaliser des études de faisabilité, chiffrages et planifications
- Définir des architectures de projets digitaux/E-commerce
- Formaliser des cahiers des charges et spécifications technico-fonctionnelles
Gestion de projet technique E-commerce/digitaux
- Organiser l'équipe interne et relation avec les interlocuteurs techniques côté client
- Superviser le delivery des projets digitaux/E-commerce
- Suivre les KPI de production (planning, budget, qualité, etc.)
- Organiser et pilotage de la recette
- Assurer la livraison réussie de projets digitaux/E-commerce
Profil
- Formation Bac + 5, école d’Ingénieur
- 7 à 10 ans d’expérience en tant que Tech Lead ou PM E-commerce avec un excellent background technique chez un annonceur ou en agence / cabinet conseil
- Expertise Shopify
- Connaissance et/ou appétence sur plusieurs autres CMS E-commerce référents (SFCC, Magento, BigCommerce, Hybris,…)
- Bonne connaissance des systèmes tiers interfacés avec le CMS E-commerce (PIM, DAM, solutions de paiement, OMS, ERP, livraison…)
- Compétences en delivery management
- Aisance relationnelle
- Anglais courant impératif (capacité à travailler au quotidien en anglais / clients internationaux)
