岗位职责

1. 负责PC/Console产品的本地化与运营合作沟通，包括需求对齐、计划制定、进度跟踪、风险识别与解决，确保关键里程碑高质量交付；
2. 跟进产品侧的版本规划、内容更新、活动节奏及商业化策略，保持高频沟通，推动双方在内容排期、技术实现、合规要求上达成一致，并协调解决版本相关问题；
3. 对接海外开发商及内外部合作部门，沟通并推动落地发行/运营需求；
4. 梳理并优化合作流程与信息同步机制，根据产品目标，分拆不同事项，协同推动团队成员实现。

1. Responsible for collaboration and communications on the core live-ops and localisation adaption for PC and Console titles,  including requirement alignment, planning, progress tracking, risk identification and resolution, ensuring the high-quality delivery of key milestones.
2. Follow up on product-side version planning, content updates, live event cadence, and monetization strategy. Maintain frequent communication, drive alignment between both parties on content scheduling, technical implementation, and compliance requirements, and coordinate the resolution of version-related issues.
3. Work closely with global dev teams as well as internal and external stakeholders to communicate, align and execute publishing and live-ops requirements.
4. Structure and optimize collaboration workflows and information-sharing mechanisms. Based on product goals, break down key workstreams and coordinate team members to drive execution.

岗位要求

1. 5年以上游戏运营经验，有海外项目研发或版本运营经验优先
2. 优秀的表达能力和文档撰写能力、能独立规划和协调各个模块成员的运营工作 
3. 抗压、沟通能力强，有强烈的主人翁意识及团队合作能力
4. 英语优秀，有PC发行经验者优先

1. 5+ years of experience in game operations; experience in overseas game development projects or version operations is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to independently plan and coordinate operations work across different functional modules.
3. Strong resilience under pressure, excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and solid teamwork capability.
4. Excellent English proficiency; PC publishing experience is preferred.
