About the Role

Postman is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth and developer engagement across India. This role sits within Revenue Marketing and is focused on executing scalable, high-impact programs that support both enterprise pipeline and product-led growth. You’ll bring regional strategy to life in a fast-growing, high-volume market. You’ll work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to execute programs that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline at scale.

We’re looking for someone who can balance scale with impact — and execute programs that drive both volume and meaningful engagement.

What You’ll Do

India Pipeline Contribution & Growth Execution

  • Execute regional marketing plans aligned to India pipeline goals
  • Drive top-of-funnel pipeline and developer engagement
  • Support both enterprise and product-led growth motions

Integrated Campaign Execution (Field + Digital + Community)

  • Execute scalable programs including:
    • Events, meetups, and community activations
    • Webinars and virtual programs
    • Digital amplification and always-on campaigns
  • Support full-funnel engagement at scale

Sales Partnership & Account Engagement

  • Partner with India sales teams to:
    • Align on priority accounts and opportunities
    • Support pipeline generation and progression
  • Balance broad reach with targeted account engagement

Events & Field Programs

  • Execute high-impact, scalable field programs
  • Leverage community and developer ecosystems
  • Focus on reach, engagement, and pipeline contribution

Market Insight & Feedback

  • Provide insights on developer behavior, market trends, and growth opportunities
  • Help refine programs based on local dynamics

Performance & Pipeline Accountability

  • Track program performance and pipeline contribution
  • Optimize for scale, efficiency, and impact

About You 

Experience

  • 4–8+ years in field, growth, or demand generation marketing
  • Experience in high-growth or developer-focused markets preferred
  • Strong execution of scalable programs

Skills & Approach

  • Comfortable operating at scale
  • Strong execution and experimentation mindset
  • Data-driven and performance-oriented
  • Experience engaging developer audiences is a plus
