Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for Junior Ad Ops Specialist
- Interact effectively with the Poland-based team and regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia), and communicate proactively with all stakeholders.
- Support CM360 campaign launch setup and post-launch verification according to WPP Media’s established guidelines.
- Produce daily campaign reports, including pacing updates, data entry, and commentary for regional Media Activation teams. Work closely with your manager and the team to support communication between the ad server and internal business units.
- Support all media trafficking needs by scheduling and maintaining placements, rotation of ads, and creative throughout the lifetime of campaigns.
