What You'll Be Doing

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently to support production goals

• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance

• Move, load, and manage materials according to site requirements

• Follow safety procedures and communicate hazards promptly

• Support day‑to‑day site operations and assist teammates as needed

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated skill operating excavators or similar heavy equipment

• Ability to work safely and follow established procedures

• Strong situational awareness in active work zones

• Capability to complete physical tasks in outdoor environments

• Consistent, reliable work habits and effective communication

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
