The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Lead the planning, management, and execution of marketing strategies for the Advanced Wound Care (AWC) portfolio in Brazil.
Execute global New Product Introduction (NPI) and commercialization processes at the local level, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs.
Manage pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and compliance with corporate guidelines.
Implement and adapt portfolio strategies for the Brazilian market, translating global objectives into effective local initiatives.
Define and execute local action plans to increase Solventum’s market penetration and strengthen customer engagement.
Provide strategic marketing support to local sales managers, distribution channels, sales representatives, and clinical specialists to drive commercial performance.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university, preferably in Marketing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or medical device market.
Advanced English
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience product management/or development working in a health care or medical device environment
Demonstrated success working and building relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
Spanish
Communication, analytical, and marketing skills.
Strategic pricing knowledge.
Ability to translate a global portfolio strategy into tactics tailored to the country
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment, decision-oriented environment, influencing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel)
Travel: May include up to 30% domestic/international
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
