Job Responsibilities:
Deliver and pick up customers in a prompt and polite manner that provides an excellent customer experience
Complete required documentation
Ensure shuttle vehicle is kept clean and organized - interior and exterior
Ensure vehicle and keys are returned at the end of every shift in good repair
Report any shuttle vehicle issues and damages immediately
Responsible for ensuring regular maintenance on the shuttle vehicle is completed, including regular checking of oil and fluids
Participate and promote health and safety procedures
Assist the Lot and Service teams in maintaining a clean and organized lot
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Familiar and comfortable navigating the city of Winnipeg
Demonstrated customer service skills
Proven track record of reliability
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Energized by customer interactions with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is an asset
