  • Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts and actively contribute to S&OP processes

  • Achieve agreed sales, distribution, and profitability targets

  • Analyze sales performance and translate insights into concrete action plans

  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business

  • Minimum 3+ years of Account Management experience within a multinational FMCG environment

  • Proven experience managing retail customers independently

  • Strong knowledge of the Dutch retail landscape

  • Experience with customer P&L ownership and trade budget management

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

Behaviors You’ll Need

  • Commercially sharp with a strong results‑driven mindset

  • Confident negotiator with clear and persuasive communication skills

  • Highly organized, able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment

  • Analytical and data‑driven, with the ability to turn insights into action

  • Proactive, self‑starting, and comfortable working autonomously

  • Collaborative team player who builds trust across functions

  • Adaptable and comfortable operating in a small, high‑impact team

What’s in it for you?

We offer an excellent opportunity for career development and progression, a highly collaborative work environment and an autonomous and flexible working culture where you will be able to add value and be recognized and rewarded.

  • Market‑conform gross annual salary, including holiday allowance and 13th month

  • 27.5 vacation days + 4 scheduled days off

  • Profit‑sharing scheme

  • Company car and travel allowance

  • Long‑term career opportunities in an international environment

  • Strong focus on personal and professional development
