We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

- Starting date October 1st 2026 until September 30th.

- The selection process will take place from May 2026 to September 2026.

 

What does this internship consist of?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Challenges and Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day support for the Security Department in the areas of Physical Security, Product Security, and Information Security support.
• Support in managing the department's Security KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Support in creating and/or modifying the Security Department's standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support at international meetings, offering the opportunity to contribute insights from academic studies and help achieve common goals.
• Support in managing software applications and driving the department's digitalization efforts.
• Assistance in developing and/or implementing digital transformation tools.
• Collaboration in maintaining the Security Department's internal webpage/intranet.
• Suppport on data collection and presentation tasks.
• Help reviewing legislation, procedures, and documentation related to Private Security to apply them within the department during internal meetings or with domestic and international colleagues.
• Help reviewing risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies.
• Applying risk management methodologies whithin the department.

Skills:

- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

- Level: English negotiation level.

- General knowledge in Management (Quality, Processes, Industrial Security/Safety, etc.).
