Responsibilities:
- All activities related to the administration and formal processing of industrial property rights in Germany and abroad
- Processing incoming mail, independent file management, including tracking and monitoring deadlines
- Correspondence with government agencies and external patent law firms or service providers
- Correspondence with Freudenberg business groups and other departments
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a patent attorney’s assistant with several years of professional experience in the patent department of an industrial company or a patent law firm
- Proficiency in general secretarial duties, office organization, patent management software, online tools used by patent offices, and MS Office
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong teamwork skills
